ARTime BARRO to host 4 indigenous traditions facilitators to honor Mexican pre hispanic heritage on Mexican independence day. This is a wellness workshop that is all centered on sharing the native traditions of ancient Mexico with our community.

Celebratory ceremony will go as follows:

• Intros and explanation of what we are celebrating and what we will experience; explanation of tramanali which is a natural altar made by Litzia (addition of altar offerings)

• Aztec cleanse per person with natural herbs and copal performed by Litzia

• Indigenous instruments soundbath/soundhealing performed by Oscar and Miguel

• Cacao ceremony with soundbath

• Sharing circle, singing and playing instruments, open space to share thoughts and conversation

Please bring the following:

• Yoga mat/blanket

• Altar offering (can be anything from a picture, plants, etc. The offering will be blessed and will be returned to you)

• Journal

• Water
