Breathwork and Handbuilding: Nurturing Mind, Body, and Soul with Trish Lanae from Seraphic Healing

Take a step into the creative unknown. Join us for a wellness workshop that will delve into the art of mindfulness and presence through breathwork and handbuilding. Our workshop allows you to meditate and sit in your breath, springing a clear mind while then diving deep into creativity.

Meet Your Instructor:

Lanae is a truth seeker and breathwork practitioner with a background in education and herbalism. Searching for healing years ago, she found my breath, her spirit within and began cultivating a connection by intentionally expanding the depth of my breath. Through this practice, she has accessed a deep sense of inner calmness, a knowing that we are forever abundant. She is honored to share with others this life-changing modality that holds the answers we seek.

Breathwork Technique:

Breath work is consciously controlling your breath in a rhythmic pattern. During this transformative breath work class, we will be following a connected breath pattern rooted in belly breathing and cyclic sighing. There will be no pauses between the inhales or exhales. This constant deep flow of inhaling and exhaling will allow us to safely rebalance and renew our energy.

During this breath work experience, we will detox our body energetically through the practice of consciously controlling our breath at a rhythmic pace. Aligning with the cosmos, the full moon is a time for releasing stagnant energy, full expression, and creating space for divine wisdom. By activating our breath in a circular rhythm, we are able to release any stagnant energy through our exhalations, movement and voice.

This experience will be guided to a diverse playlist ranging from shamanic drumming to jazz. Breathers may experience emotional or cathartic releases depending on their body’s level of oxygenation. You can also expect to feel a sense of relaxation and/or receive deep insights from the higher realms. The breath work journey will be approximately 120mins including opening & closing circles,/

What you may bring to the session for maximum comfort:

Handbuilding Technique:

Join us for this unique blend of a relaxing breathwork session coupled with the therapeutic art of hand-building pottery.  This session will incorporate the natural elements of earth (clay), fire (firing of the pieces), air (breathwork), and water (to form the clay). We’ll be entering a state of energetic, mental, creative flow. During the class, take the time to feel inspired, creative, and open to ideas. You are free to create freeform pieces, it may start as a pinch pot but end up as a sculpture!
