Come start your day moving your body, deepening your breath, and enlivening your spirit. Somatic work means to work with and through the body. The invitation of this experience is to begin to deepen your connection to the well of wisdom living inside you, start to move stagnant energy stuck in your system, and awaken your vital life force.

20 Min - Somatic Movement (Free form dancing)
35 Min - Breathwork (three part breath)
15 Min - Integration Time
Expect to leave this workshop with heightened self-awareness, a deeper appreciation for who you are, and a profound remembrance of your remarkable nature. This journey will empower you to connect with your body in a new way, unlocking the potential to live life fully and unapologetically
What To Bring: Wear clothes you feel comfortable sweating in, an eye mask if you like for breathwork, a journal for reflection after, and of course water (hydration for the win).
