Winter Solstice Somatic Ceremony | 120 min
About the event: The Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year—a turning point where darkness gives way to light. It’s a powerful moment to pause, reflect, and realign with what matters most, especially at times of year that can get so chaotic.
This gathering will be a space for you to reflect on the community, express yourself through the movement of your breath and body, and embody the light you want to bring into your life. Whether you’re just beginning to explore somatic work or have been on this path for a while, this ceremony is for anyone seeking to release tension, and set intentions for the year ahead in a truly enlivening way.
